Performing and Creative Arts Academy

Welcome to the Performing and Creative Arts Academy! We are proud to offer this exciting new opportunity for students to learn and fine tune their performing and creative talents right in the comfort and privacy of their own home. Armed with highly qualified instructors in their respective fields, students can expect to receive only the finest in professional instruction throughout their experience.

Each instructor maintains current FBI/BCI clearances for the safety and protection of our students. Your contact information is held confidential and used only in conjunction with your classes or lessons.

Private Lessons:

Pay by the lesson. With this option you will need to order, pay, and schedule each lesson individually. You are not guaranteed a set day and time each week with this option.

Pay by the month. With this option you pay for four lessons each month. You will be required to order, pay, and schedule your lessons prior to the 1st of the month to maintain a consistent day and time each week. Select this option and save $12 per month.

Pay by the quarter. With this option you pay for twelve lessons each quarter. You will be required to order, pay, and schedule your lessons by the 1st of the following month to re-enroll for quarter lessons in order to maintain the same day and time each week. Select this option to save $45 for the quarter.

Classes:

Classes are offered on a trimester basis. In order to enroll in Fall Courses, students must order, pay, and schedule classes prior to September 1st. For Spring courses, students must order, pay, and schedule classes prior to February 1st. For Summer Courses, students must order, pay, and schedule classes prior to June 1st.

Payment:

Students may order each time they will be required to make a payment via this website or they may enroll in automatic payments. For information and the required authorization form, please contact us via phone or email.

Excused Absences:

In regards to absences for private lessons, students will receive an excused absence provided adequate notice is given prior to the scheduled lesson time (preferably 24 hours). Obviously extenuating circumstances can arise and we truly understand this. Cancellation notifications made in less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lessons time will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the individual instructor.

In regards to class sessions missed, students will receive instructions on how to receive any missed information and/or assignments from the individual instructor.

Necessary Equipment and Materials:

Any and all necessary books or learning materials will be sold separately. Private lesson materials will be determined during your first session. Class materials will be listed on the course syllabus you will receive in your inbox once you are enrolled. We try to keep these costs as inexpensive as possible for your convenience, however, book and supply prices are dictated by the publisher and/or suppliers.

Once you are enrolled, you will receive a link to set up your online class and live session accounts. These will be necessary in order to participate in any of our online lessons or classes.
